EKSC LTD is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, operating a portfolio of direct-to-consumer retail brands across the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Serbia and Portugal.

Central Checkout & Payment Infrastructure
Where applicable, EKSC LTD acts as the contracting and payment-processing entity for transactions completed through the group's central checkout infrastructure. The relevant brand, order details, pricing, currency, applicable policies and support path are always shown clearly before payment is completed.
Payments are processed exclusively through regulated, PCI DSS-compliant payment service providers. EKSC LTD does not store raw card data. All integrations use tokenisation and, where supported, 3D Secure authentication.
The customer always knows which brand they are purchasing from, what they are paying, and what their support and refund routes are before any payment is confirmed. There are no hidden charges and no post-checkout surprises.
Customers who do not recognise a charge are encouraged to contact payments@eksc.co.uk before opening a dispute. We provide full transaction records and order details promptly.
