Payment Infrastructure
Contracting entity: Where EKSC LTD central checkout infrastructure is used, EKSC LTD is the contracting and payment-processing entity for the transaction. The relevant brand, product or service description, total price, currency, support path and applicable policies are always shown clearly to the customer before payment is completed.
All transactions processed through regulated, PCI DSS-compliant payment service providers. Raw card data is not stored on EKSC LTD systems at any point.
Card data is handled exclusively by the payment provider via tokenisation. EKSC LTD receives only tokenised transaction references and confirmation data.
3D Secure authentication applied where supported by the issuing bank. Fraud-screening measures applied at transaction level through payment provider tools.
Card statements may show EKSC LTD or the relevant brand name depending on the payment route and issuing bank display rules. Disclosed clearly at checkout and on this website.
Brand identity, order details, total price, currency, support path and applicable policies always displayed before payment is completed. No hidden charges.
All personal data handled in compliance with UK GDPR and applicable EU GDPR requirements across all active group markets.
