Our advisory services are suited to direct-to-consumer e-commerce operators who are building, scaling or stabilising their operations and require structured, independent input from practitioners with hands-on operational experience.
Operators running Shopify or equivalent stores who have traction but are not yet operating with structured commercial strategy. Suitable for operators at early and mid-growth stages looking to establish cleaner foundations.
Engagements are scoped by application. A short intake call is conducted to establish fit, scope and current operational context. Deliverables are agreed in advance. Engagements are typically delivered in one to three weeks depending on scope.
