How payments work with EKSC LTD.

This page explains clearly how EKSC LTD processes payments, what customers see at checkout, how card data is protected, and how to get support.

Overview

EKSC LTD is the UK-registered parent legal entity for a portfolio of European retail brands. Where the group's central checkout infrastructure is used, EKSC LTD is the contracting and payment-processing entity for the transaction, while the relevant brand, order details, pricing, currency, support path and applicable policies are shown clearly to the customer before payment is completed.

Contracting Entity

Where EKSC LTD central checkout infrastructure processes a transaction, EKSC LTD is the contracting and payment-processing entity for that transaction. EKSC LTD issues the charge, processes the payment and is responsible for the fulfilment, refund and customer support obligations associated with that transaction.

The brand shown at checkout identifies the product range the customer is purchasing from. The legal entity processing the payment and fulfilling the associated obligations is EKSC LTD.

Customer browses the brand

The customer visits the relevant brand and selects products.

Checkout via group infrastructure

Where EKSC LTD central checkout is used, the brand name, product description, total price, currency, delivery estimate, applicable policies and support contact are all displayed clearly before any payment is submitted.

Payment processed by EKSC LTD

Payment processed through a regulated, PCI DSS-compliant payment service provider. Raw card data handled exclusively by the payment provider via tokenisation. EKSC LTD does not store raw card data.

Order confirmed

The customer receives an order confirmation showing the brand, order details, amount charged and expected dispatch timeline.

Support path preserved

Customer support available before, during and after the transaction. Transaction records, fulfilment evidence and communication logs retained throughout.

What the Customer Sees Before Payment

  • Brand name — the brand the customer is purchasing from
  • Product or service description
  • Total price — the full amount payable, no hidden charges
  • Currency — applicable to the relevant market
  • Delivery estimate — expected dispatch and delivery timeframe
  • Applicable policies — refund, return and shipping terms
  • Support path — how to contact support before and after purchase

What EKSC LTD Does Not Do

  • Does not store raw card data on its own systems
  • Does not obscure the brand identity from the customer at checkout
  • Does not charge amounts different from those shown at checkout
  • Does not remove customer access to support, refund or complaint routes

Processing Standards

  • PCI DSS-compliant processing through regulated payment service providers
  • Card data tokenisation — raw card numbers handled only by the payment provider
  • 3D Secure authentication where supported by the issuing bank
  • Fraud-screening measures at transaction level
  • TLS encryption for all data transmissions

Billing Descriptor

  • The brand name (e.g. Laneni Dom)
  • EKSC LTD — where group checkout infrastructure processes the payment
  • A shortened form, depending on issuing bank display rules
Billing descriptor notice: Card statements may show EKSC LTD or an applicable payment descriptor. Customers who do not recognise a charge should contact payments@eksc.co.uk before opening a dispute. We provide full transaction details promptly.

Before You Dispute

Important: Contact payments@eksc.co.uk before initiating a payment dispute. EKSC LTD maintains transaction records, fulfilment evidence and communication logs for all transactions and can resolve most payment questions quickly without a formal dispute process.

We can confirm order details, provide tracking evidence, issue refunds where applicable and clarify any unrecognised charge promptly.
